XR Abdomen :
There are multiple dilated loops of small bowel in keeping
with small bowel obstruction.
Radiological Report : CT Abdomen and Pelvis :
CT scans show a small bowel obstruction caused by an
intususseption located in the distal small bowel in the
right side of the pelvis. There appears to be an intramural
lipoma at the lead of the intususseption. There is a small
amount of free fluid in the abdomen. The liver contains a
small simple cyst in the left lobe but otherwise looks
normal. Spleen, pancreas and kidneys are normal in
appearance.
